Each unit incorporates a 5mm square-section tubular heating element, which is formed into a coil and fitted precisely into the roller or disc. This design provides an effective and maintainable alternative to standard cast aluminium heaters, combining strength and flexibility with simplified servicing.

Since our heaters are not cast in place, they avoid the common issue of moisture absorption during the casting or machining process. This prevents the magnesium oxide insulation within the heating element from becoming damp, thereby maintaining high insulation resistance (IR) and consistent electrical performance.

Reduced Lead Times
Our square-section heating elements are typically available within two weeks, compared to the much longer delivery times associated with cast-in heaters. This rapid turnaround helps minimise production downtime in the event of maintenance or replacement.
