Plate Heaters Design & Construction

Our heater plates are manufactured from aluminium, mild steel, or stainless steel, depending on the application requirements and operating conditions. Each heater is built to offer excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and long service life.

These heaters offer direct replacements for standard cast aluminium or aluminium bronze plate heaters, offering a cost-effective and easily maintainable alternative. They feature square-section tubular sheathed heating elements, which are highly regarded for their strength, reliability, and adaptability in demanding industrial environments.

A key advantage of our design is the ease of maintenance – the ceramic plate heaters are fully replaceable and removable, allowing rapid replacement of elements in the event of a breakdown. • Enhanced Terminal Protection: For high-temperature applications, our ceramic plate heaters are equipped with a louvered, stand-off terminal box. This design effectively reduces the temperature in the terminal area, improving both safety and component lifespan.
