Load Banks Design & Construction
Our load banks are built to the highest standards, using premium-grade materials and components to ensure durability, safety, and long service life.

Elements:
High-performance, mineral-insulated, incoloy 800 sheathed tubular elements
Enclosure:
Powder-coated, galvanised sheet metal for corrosion resistance and durability (Colour: Blue RAL5009 – Textured Finish)
Cooling System:
Integrated axial impeller fan provides forced air cooling; includes a thermal airflow switch and fan motor interlock to prevent operation without sufficient airflow
Terminations:
Stud terminals designed for appropriate current ratings, with options for IEC 309 or alternative inlets
Control System:
Includes all switchgear, selector switches, instrumentation, and a dedicated terminal box for external connections
A separate 230V / 1Ph / 50Hz power supply is required to operate the fan and control circuits. Depending on size, units are supplied with lifting handles, castors, wheels, or skids, along with lifting points for ease of transport and installation.
