Elmatic’s 75th Anniversary!

Elmatic are pleased to announce that we are celebrating 75 years and we are proud to continue to be a leading British manufacturer of Industrial Electric Heating Elements made to our customer’s specifications.

Elmatic (Cardiff) Ltd is a family business owned by John Skalitzky.

Celebrating 75 years, Elmatic are implementing further investment in our production facilities by the aquisition of Lectroheat’s tubular heating element division, allowing us to expand our range of manufacturing capabilities.

Sealing Cartridge

Elmatic (Cardiff) Ltd Cartridge heaters manufactured to be used in the sealing process for packaging machinery.

We offer an extensive range of heating elements which are suitable within the packaging machinery industry. Packaging machinery has multiple needs for heating elements, predominantly being used to seal packages.

Our range of heating elements that are suitable for applications in the packaging machinery industry include tubular rods, cartridge heaters, square section heaters, mica insulated heaters and much more.

Delivery & Enquiries

Most items are available for delivery in 4/5 or 2/3 working days. However, we do offer additional emergency services for customers who are in a breakdown situation. This includes a 48hr services on Mica products, Cartridge Heaters and Ceramic Knuckle Heaters. For all enquires please contact a member of our sales team who will be happy to assist.
